This group (grade levels 6th to 9th) will focus on developing proper stroke technique, body position, kicking, and building up their fitness levels by increasing the number of laps and yardage.
- Dates: November 3rd to December 15th (no practice on November 22 and 24)
- Practice Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
- Time: 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm
- Gear: Swimmers and encouraged to bring their own goggles, towel and water.
