  • The Middle School Swim Team will focus on developing proper stroke technique, body position, kicking, racing starts, flip turns and building up their fitness levels by increasing the number of laps and yardage.  
  • January 10 to 26
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00pm to 4:30pm
  • Grades 5th to 8th
  • Location: San Lorenzo Valley High School Pool
  • Please download, complete and bring the Swim Team Registration & Release Form with you.
  • All participates must have a signed permission slip to participate.
  • Swimmers are encouraged to bring their own goggles, towel and water.
