Our classes are taught at the San Lorenzo Valley High School pool.

Our board diving classes are open to any child or adult who has an interest in diving and can swim comfortably in deep water. Our instructors strive to create an atmposhere where each diver will be able to achieve his or her own potential in a positive learning environment.  Students are grouped in classes based on their ability and the classes are designed to teach safe and proper springboard diving methods.  As the students advance, the classes are designed to introduce more dives and skills.

Our water polo classes are designed to teach the sport to inexperienced and experienced players.  Depending on their ability, we’ll teach basic to more advanced skills and understanding in a recreational format that will be fun and safe. Students will learn how to effectively swim using the head-up freestyle method, swimming with the ball, and treading water with and without hands.  Then we will move into learning how to handle, pass and shoot. Once they have learned and practiced these fundamental skills, they will move on to learning basic game set-up, plays, offensive and defensive skills.  Students must have learned how to swim, are comfortable in the water and are looking to participate in a fun and competitive environment.
