WATER FITNESS CLASSES

Tuesday and Thursdays: 9:00am to 10:00am
  • Our Water Fitness (shallow water) classes are held each Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 10:00am.
  • Session 2 (June 21 – July 2): $32
  • Session 3 (July 5 – July 16): $32
  • Session 4 (July 19 –July 30): $32
  • Water is about 800 times denser than air, which provides about 12 times more resistance. That means the moves you do in the pool can work your entire body.  Water exercises are an ideal activity for all age groups and fitness levels.
  • Exercises will be in shoulder deep water that will include Leg, core, arm/shoulders and cardio.
  • Water Fitness workouts will be low impact/ full range of motions that are easy on the muscles and joints.
