WATER POLO PRACTICE SESSION

  • Dates: TBD
  • Days/Times: Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30pm to 4:45pm
  • Location: San Lorenzo Valley High School Pool
  • Please download, complete and bring the Water Polo Registration & Release Form with you.
  • Athletes must be able to swim one length of the pool.  
  • Each practice will be a combination of swimming for fitness, learning skills needed to be an effective player, water polo drills, and scrimmages.  
  • Athletes must bring a water bottle, goggles, towel, and great attitude.  
  • All participates must have a signed permission slip to participate.
